International Financial Services is an extremely diverse industry with various sectors and disciplines. Whatever your area of interest, the MSc in International Financial Services (by Research) can provide a study pathway that suits your career and personal development aspirations.
You will acquire specialist knowledge in an area of financial services of particular interest to you, while also benefiting from extensive research training. For example, students may choose study pathways that include areas such as Financial Crime Prevention; Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC); Wealth Management; Trust and Company Management; or Funds. Your study pathway will be agreed with your supervisor.

The Degree in International Financial Services has been designed by the Jersey International Business School and the University of Buckingham to provide students with a broad and comprehensive understanding of financial services, laying the groundwork for a successful career in financial services or a related discipline (law and accounting), internationally.
We want our students to be the leaders of the future. With that end in mind, the degree in International Financial Services is vocational in orientation, and at the same time recognises the need for academic rigour in the study of a range of technical subject areas.
